Hi! I’m Kayla.
I am a poet, author, spiritual coach and Reiki worker based in D.C. I started writing and performing poetry as a high school student in Kalamazoo, MI. From there, I studied journalism at Ohio University and published countless articles for print and digital publications. In 2023, I published my first book of poems, Prayers In Reverse, and began my journey with Reiki. I started coaching the very next year and I continue to find new ways to expand as a writer and a healer.
